How do I schedule an appointment?
We have made it easy for you to conveniently book your appointment online on this page. You can also complete our contact form or send us an email jessica.puglia@thehairmansion.com. The Hair Mansion is not reachable via phone or text, if you would like to contact us please do so via email.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check and cash.
Do you have parking?
Yes. There is plenty of free parking for clients.
What if I am late for my appointment?
We understand that life happens and we all run late once in awhile. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to re-book your services. If you cancel last minute or don’t show there is a $25 rescheduling fee due before we can schedule your next appointment.
Do you have Wi-Fi or other amenities?
Yes we have Wi-Fi in addition to many other amenities we know you will love. As you wait for your service to begin and while you are being pampered, enjoy a wide range of snacks and drinks. The Hair Mansion also provides a robe to protect your clothing from hair and color and a lavender aromatherapy neck pillow.
Can I buy hair products in the salon?
Yes. We proudly carry the full line of J Beverly Hills products in the salon. In addition, we stock a few favorites from Kevin Murphy, Malubu and Jellua. These products are available to purchase at the salon or in our online store.
Hair Salon Service Information
What products do you use?
We proudly carry J Beverly Hills Colour, Blondeme, Malibu, Kevin Murphy Treat Me and Olaplex for chemical services and treatments. Your formula is customized on the first visit and every visit after based upon the results you want to achieve and the health of your hair. Any changes will be assessed at every appointment and explained to you.
The products we choose to use on your hair are carefully selected to preserve the integrity of your hair. Any treatments we feel will be beneficial to your hair will be discussed and prescribed, some will be required as part of your service to ensure the healthiest possible outcome (additional charges will be disclosed).
Is there a consultation fee?
No. Whether you are a New Guest or Existing Guest of The Hair Mansion, we are always excited to spend time with you to provide recommendations for hair products and styles that would compliment your look and lifestyle. For New Guests, appointments include dedicated time for consultations.
How do you price your services?
Our services are priced based on the time expected to complete the service you booked. Please take a look at our services menu to see base pricing per service. In the event we need extra time beyond the scheduled time allotted for your service due to the length or density of your hair, you will be charged an additional $25 for every fifteen minutes thereafter.
You may notice that our New Guest pricing is slightly different from our Existing Guest pricing. We do this intentionally to be able to offer you an appointment this is dedicated to you and you alone. We give extra care to every client that enters our doors but we know the first experience is critical to a long-term relationship. By providing undivided attention with no interruptions, we can get to know more about you and what you want to achieve with your style.
What if I don’t know what type of service I want to book?
If you are unsure about what type of hair service you would like to book, we encourage you to Contact Us directly instead of using the Online Booking tool.
Do you offer a fringe trim service?
Existing Guests are able to take advantage of our complimentary fringe shape service. This service is to reshape existing fringe and you can easily book it online whenever you need to. If you are requesting us to create or cut-in new fringe, you will need to book an appointment for a Cut.
