How do I schedule an appointment?

We have simplified the appointment booking process, allowing you to conveniently Schedule your visit right from this page. Alternatively, you can fill out our contact form  or reach us via email. Please note that The Hair Mansion is not accessible by phone or text; for any inquiries, we kindly ask that you contact us through email.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Check, Cash and Venmo.

What if I am late for my appointment?

We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and we all experience delays from time to time. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your services. In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no-show, a $25 rescheduling fee will be required prior to booking your next appointment.

Do you have Wi-Fi or other amenities?

Yes, we offer Wi-Fi along with a variety of amenities that we are sure you will appreciate. While you await the start of your service and during your pampering session, feel free to enjoy an assortment of snacks and beverages. Additionally, The Hair Mansion provides a robe to keep your clothing safe from hair and color, as well as a lavender aromatherapy neck pillow for your comfort.

Can I buy hair products in the salon?

Yes, we are pleased to offer the complete range of J Beverly Hills products at our salon. Additionally, we carry select favorites from K18, Schwarzkopf, and Style Edit. These products can be purchased directly at the salon or through our online store.

What products do you use?

We are proud to offer J Beverly Hills Colour, Blondeme, Malibu, Kevin Murphy Treat Me, and K18 for our chemical services and treatments. On your initial visit, your formula will be tailored specifically to you, and at each subsequent appointment, it will be adjusted based on the results you wish to achieve and the condition of your hair. Any modifications will be evaluated during each visit and clearly communicated to you.

Is there a consultation fee?

No, whether you are a New Guest or a returning Guest at The Hair Mansion, we are always delighted to spend time with you to provide tailored recommendations for hair products and styles that will enhance your appearance and align with your lifestyle. For New Guests, appointments include an extended consultation period dedicated to understanding your needs.

How do you price your services?

Our services are priced according to the estimated time required to complete the service you have booked. Please refer to our experience menus for the base pricing for each service. If additional time is needed beyond the scheduled duration due to the length or thickness of your hair, an extra charge of $25 will apply for every additional fifteen minutes.


You may notice a slight difference in pricing for New Guests compared to Existing Guests. This pricing model is intentional, allowing us to offer you an appointment that is fully dedicated to you. While we provide attentive care to every guest, we understand that the first experience is crucial in establishing a long-term relationship. By offering undivided attention without interruptions, we can better understand your needs and goals regarding your style.

What if I don’t know what type of service I should book?

If you are unsure about what type of hair service you would like to book, we encourage you to contact us directly instead of using our online booking platform.

Do you offer a fringe trim service?

Existing Guests can benefit from our complimentary fringe maintaince service, designed to reshape your current fringe. You can conveniently schedule this service online whenever you need it. However, if you would like to create or cut a new fringe, Please book an appointment for a Hair Design instead.
