1. Services & Appointments

We offer professional hair services by appointment only. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or decline services as needed.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Life happens—we get it. But please communicate so we can honor the time of every guest and stylist.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing may vary based on service complexity, hair type, or time required. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

4. Guest Conduct

We’re committed to creating a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment. Guests who behave inappropriately or disrespectfully may be denied service.
