What are your studio hours?

Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Closed Sunday through Tuesday.

How do I schedule an appointment?

For your convenience, you can begin your experience right here online. Prefer to talk through your first visit? Get in touch—I’m happy to guide you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check, cash, and Venmo.

What happens if I’m late or need to cancel?

If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. Missed or last-minute cancellations require a $25 rescheduling fee before rebooking.

Do you offer any amenities?

Absolutely! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, beverages, snacks, plush robes, and soothing lavender aromatherapy neck pillows—because comfort is part of the luxury.

Can I purchase hair products during my visit?

Yes! THM offers the complete J Beverly Hills collection, plus select products from K18, Style Edit, and Schwarzkopf. Available in-salon and in our online shop.

What products do you use during services?

J Beverly Hills Color, BlondMe, Malibu, Kevin Murphy Treat Me, and K18—all tailored to your unique needs and updated every visit based on your hair’s condition and goals.

Is the consultation really included?

Always. Whether you’re a New Guest or returning, consultations are essential. For new guests, we go deep: hair habits, lifestyle, budget, goals, preferences, and anything you’ve loved—or hated—about past salon experiences.

How is pricing determined?


Pricing is time-based. Services are priced by the estimated time to complete them. If more time is needed (due to length, thickness, or complexity), additional charges apply at $25 per 15 minutes.

New Guest appointments include extended time for a thorough consultation and design, which is reflected in the service cost. You deserve a visit that’s all about you.

Do you offer fringe trims?

Yes, fringe maintenance is complimentary for existing guests. To create or reshape a new fringe, please book a full Hair Design service.
