Timing & Courtesy | Cancellation Policy
Life happens—but your experience at THE HAIR MANSION is thoughtfully reserved just for you.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule your visit to ensure you receive the full attention and care you deserve.
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments changed with less notice will incur a $25 rebooking fee, as this time was set aside exclusively for you and cannot always be filled on short notice.
Bonus: If you’re able to fill your spot with a friend, colleague, or family member, the rebooking fee will be waived—and you’ll even qualify for a perk through our referral program.
