THM Atelier– Where Hair Has a Voice and a Vision

Professional Hair Advice Rooted in Real Experience

Welcome to THM Atelier, a curated space within The Hair Mansion—where hair is more than style. It’s identity. It’s transformation. It’s how we express who we are, moment to moment.

I’m Jess, founder of The Hair Mansion and a hair designer with over 30 years behind the chair. This blog was created for you—a space to learn, explore, and feel empowered in your own hair journey.

Use the Atelier’s built-in search bar to navigate a growing library of posts—whether you’re looking to maintain your shape, embrace your natural texture, or achieve color that looks like it grew right from your scalp. Whether you’re exploring the latest trend or crafting a timeless look, you’ll find guidance here rooted in real experience and shaped by intention.

Each entry is written with care—grounded in what I’ve learned, what I love, and what I believe can help you feel beautiful, informed, and understood.

Expertise, Right Where You Need It

At THM Atelier, you’ll find practical, professional advice for every hair type and lifestyle. Think of it as your digital stylist’s chair—a place where expert insight is always just a click away.

Because great hair shouldn’t be a mystery. And you shouldn’t have to leave your home to feel confident in your choices.

A Quiet Tribute to Creative Partnership

TThe Hair Mansion was founded in 2015. What began as a simple idea has evolved into a deeply personal brand—shaped by the work, creativity, and collaboration of a few incredible people.

One of the most pivotal voices in that journey is Lisa Trager—my guest and graphic designer. She helped breathe life into the original vision of The Hair Mansion—designing the logo, shaping the aesthetic, and infusing meaning into every visual detail.

Her fingerprint is still here, quietly woven into every corner of this brand.

THM Atelier is, in many ways, a tribute to her.

To see more of her creative work, visit her at Atelier 514.

Jess, owner of THM, who gives professional hair advice in THM Atelier pushes her hands up through the sides of her hair against her head, smiling brightly. Her hair frames her face with wavy ends that move in response to her playful gesture.
