For me, it has seeped into the very fiber of my being, and I will never be the same. As a business owner, I have a great responsibility to you and our community. I have kept myself knowledgeable, both in research and experience. Much like what I do on a daily basis, but I’d never experienced something like this. I took everything to the next level, and if you were a guest of The Hair Mansion, you knew you were safe to enjoy your experience regardless of any limitations.
Over the last few years, the situation was fluid. I used this page to keep you apprised of all changes and protocols. Now that we have fully settled into our new normal, I still wanted something here so you can see that I’m still diligent and your comfort and safety are always a priority.

Enhanced Sanitization: Our commitment to cleanliness is stronger than ever. Every surface will be sanitized before and after your appointment, ensuring a pristine environment.
Personal Protective Equipment: While some measures are no longer necessary, for us, safety never goes out of style. Our team will continue to wear masks when pertinent and use any necessary protective gear for your comfort.
Social Distancing Layout: We’ve reconfigured our space to promote safety and comfort. You’ll see there is only one station to give you ample personal space during your visit.
Personalized Consultations: Your experience will always be about YOU. Our innovative consultation process remains a cornerstone of your time with us, ensuring your unique beauty shines through.
Health Check-In Process: To maintain a welcoming environment, we will continue our health check-ins, ensuring everyone at The Hair Mansion is healthy and ready for an elevated experience.
At THE HAIR MANSION, your experience is our priority. Although government regulations allow full capacity, I've made the bold choice to continue serving one guest at a time. This means your appointment is a sanctuary, free from interruptions and distractions. Should you wish to bring a guest, it's entirely up to you; it's your time after all.
For those seeking a quick touch-up, I offer a one-process retouch appointment. In this scenario, where hair color is applied and guests leave with wet locks, there may be two guests in the salon. If you prefer exclusivity, please shoot me an email, and I'll ensure you have that uninterrupted time just for yourself.
As you indulge in your appointment, relish a deliciously smooth Nespresso, bubbly sparkling water, or a curated snack—your comfort is key here.
Your health and safety come first. If you're feeling unwell or sick, please keep your distance. We are committed to maintaining a clean and sterile environment for all guests.
I also have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within that timeframe, a rebooking fee of $25 will apply. However, if illness strikes, that fee will be happily waived.
When you arrive, you’ll receive a sanitized clutch containing your clean smock and cape—one for every guest to ensure thorough hygiene. Plus, we have an AIRCARE air purifier running at all times, keeping the atmosphere fresh and safe.
At THE HAIR MANSION, your health and safety are paramount. We have robust procedures in place, ensuring that all tools and contact surfaces are sanitized after each guest. Our team is licensed with extensive training in sanitation, disinfection, and infection control that has been foundational long before the pandemic.
For those in need, a fresh, clean mask will be provided. Wearing masks is entirely your choice, and we respect your decision. Each guest requiring a shampoo will receive a disposable towel to maintain hygiene.
To enhance your visit, we offer a home soap UV sterilizer, which will sanitize your phone, keys, wallet, and any other belongings in just 10 minutes. Bring along whatever you wish—feel free to enjoy food and drink during your appointment. If you prefer to make this a working appointment, we have a working station available for your convenience.
While magazines are no longer on hand, an iPad full of digital magazines awaits your reading pleasure.
Your time is valuable, and we understand the need for tranquility. If you desire uninterrupted peace, you can request a silent appointment. We will handle our consultation and pertinent questions, but the remainder of your time will be quiet—no judgment, just pure silence.
